Lure Gears Return Policy
At Lure Gears, customer satisfaction is our top priority! If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process
- Contact us at hello@lure-gears.com within the return period to request a return.
- Provide your order number, item details, and reason for the return.
- Ship the item(s) back to our provided address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to availability and are processed like a return followed by a new order. Delivery charges will be managed by customer himself incase of exchange/ return.
